SPBAS LoginShare Plugin for Kayako v4

Since Kayako Fusion v4 has been released by Kayako, we’ve had to re-engineer a new LoginShare module.

Like the last one, this LoginShare module will support username or email-based authentication and will allow single-login access credentials to your SPBAS and Kayako installations.

  1. Download the following file: SPBAS Kayako v4 LoginShare
  2. Unzip Archive, Upload loginshare_kayako_v4.php to your SPBAS directory that contains your m3_configuration.php file
  3. Login to your Kayako Admin
  4. Enable LoginShare for User Authentication
  5. Enter your SPBAS location containing your loginshare_kayako_v4.php file in “User LoginShare URL”.
  6. Done, your clients should be able to login to your helpdesk with their SPBAS credentials.

If you need any help with your installation, contact us and we’ll be glad to help you out.

    This won’t work in 4.01.240

    Any idea? Update?

Be sure to enable LoginShare on your active template group:

Admin CP > Templates > Groups > Default Template Group > Use LoginShare = Yes

After this, it should work.. Seems like something new in the latest builds that changed this.

  5. Helpful information. Fortunate me I found your site accidentally, and I am shocked why this twist of fate didn’t happened in advance! I bookmarked it.
