10 Hours / Month Allocated Time
We provide ten hours of administration time (ticket / instant messenger based), five hours are automatically allocated to proactive updating and monitoring. -
Uptime Monitoring
Your server will be monitored in five minute intervals, any downtime alerts will be automatically forwarded to our administration team for immediate attention. -
PROACTIVE Management
We constantly check for updates and run security scans on a regular basis, this type of management prevents problems BEFORE they arise. -
Root access allowed.
We allow our clients root access to their servers, we will never deny access to the client.
