SMS / Text Messaging Policy

This SMS / Text Messaging Policy describes ServaxNet’s text-messaging (SMS/MMS) program — how you opt in, the messages you may receive, and how to opt out. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the terms below.

Consent & Opt-In

When you provide your mobile phone number to ServaxNet and opt in — for example, by checking a consent box on one of our forms, requesting that we text you, or agreeing in writing or verbally — you consent to receive text messages from ServaxNet at that number.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Account, service, and billing notifications;
  • Support and ticket updates;
  • Appointment, facility-tour, and quote confirmations and reminders; and
  • With your consent, promotional offers and company updates.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the types of messages you have opted into.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging and data plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through one of our forms.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major and regional U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network availability and is not guaranteed.

Your Privacy

We do not share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested and to support our services. All handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in our text-messaging program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
