We would like to provide you an update on the precautions ServaxNet has implemented as part of our Business Continuity Plan during the ongoing pandemic.

Here at ServaxNet we remain fully operational and committed to maintaining the exceptional level of support our customers have come to expect and keeping your business operational while keeping our employees safe.

Due to the increasing public health concerns nationally, ServaxNet has implemented changes to manage data center access for the safety and security of our customers and staff. Accordingly, we have moved to a shelter-in-place posture at all ServaxNet data centers. While we operate in this state, our staff will continue to perform their normal operations and remain available to handle your requests. To the extent that circumstances require a change in our on-site staff’s availability, we will advise you of those changes. Our on-site staff members are adhering to all precautions and recommendations set by the CDC and each data center’s respective state government. To ensure the health and safety of our employees, employees that do not work at our data centers have been transitioned to mandatory work-from-home operations.

We will continue monitoring recommendations set forth by the CDC and other government agencies and implementing all necessary precautions.

Our managed services teams are available to help you and your business transition to a completely digital, work-from-home environment. We are prepared to help our customers during this time of uncertainty and we wish all customers and their families stay in good health.
